We caught up with real estate agent, lifestyle influencer and mom of four Grace Allen during a recent visit to Skin Pharm Atlanta. Over the last several years, Grace has grown her family, moved states and started a new career — and throughout these life transitions, feeling confident in her skin is a valuable constant.

How long have you been coming to Skin Pharm?

I’ve been coming to Skin Pharm for almost four years. I’ve lived in three states since my first Skin Pharm experience, and I still travel back to Skin Pharm Atlanta for treatments because the experience, expertise and attention to detail are unmatched!

What’s your favorite treatment to get, and how does it make you feel?

Everything I’ve ever had done at Skin Pharm has been amazing, but I’d have to say microneedling with PRP. I’ve had two babies and been nursing on and off over the last few years, so that’s been a really incredible treatment for me. It’s done a really good job of addressing the melasma I get during my pregnancies and hyperpigmentation from hormonal breakouts. I also love the Gold Infusion — that’s my special pick-me-up. I always feel very glowy and hydrated afterwards!

What are your top three routine staples?

If I had to choose only three products, High Beam definitely competes for number one! My favorite way to use it is after my serums to lock everything in, and it gives a fantastic, dewy finish. I also love the Youth Serum and how hydrating it is. You instantly feel the bounciness come back to your skin! Glow Factor is the best vitamin C serum I’ve used, and I’ve tested them all — but once I tried Glow Factor, I never looked back. It’s incredible.

Tell us a bit about your relationship to your skin. How has it evolved, and what role does it play in your daily life?

My relationship with my skin is paramount to my confidence. It has really ebbed and flowed over the past nine years due to my four pregnancies and nursing. Hormonally, I’ve struggled a bit with acne and hyperpigmentation. I love that Skin Pharm has products and treatments to address both. I also love the way that Skin Pharm views injectables — it’s tasteful, minimal and I still look like me — just a more well-rested, not-mom-of-four me! Skin Pharm has really helped me balance things out and feel confident in my skin.

Skin care aside, what are some other ways you take care of yourself?

Skin care really is a major part of my self-care routine — I look forward to my morning and nighttime routines! I like to be creative and share content on social media. Over the last year and a half, I’ve gotten into real estate, and it’s been really fun for me to have something just for myself. So I’ve gotten very passionate about learning the market and throwing myself into that world. Being outside in nature is definitely something aside from skin care that I love to do for myself.
